At Blackstar Amp Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all amplifiers and accessories. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your tone, we are here to help you find the right exchange or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the serial number of your Blackstar amplifier to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, power cables, and foot controllers to ensure full credit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
